Plover River Trail Segment
Following along the winding Plover River, it's easy to see where the Plover River Trail gets its name. During the winter, you can find over 6 miles of groomed cross-country ski trails. The segment also offers year-round birding opportunities with nest boxes planted along the trail.
Iverson Park Trail Segment
Passing through the oldest park in Stevens Point and following quiet residential roads, the Iverson Park Trail showcases both the history and natural beauty of central Wisconsin. Take a break along the trail at Iverson Park where you'll find a small swimming area, playground, and picnic shelters.

McDill Trail Segment
Offering excellent waterfowl views and passing through a 15.5-acre nature reserve, the McDill Trail follows along wooded trails and quiet neighborhoods for a tranquil bike ride or walk. You'll also find access to the McDill Pond, the 270-acre impoundment on the Plover River.

While it may not be a segment of the Green Circle Trail, the Hoover Spur is a popular spur that connects Stevens Point to the Village of Plover. It's paved for an easy ride or jog and passes through quiet neighborhoods and community parks.
