Horseback Riding In The Stevens Point Area

Whether you have your own horses or are looking to trail ride for a day, check out our resources for horseback riding in the Stevens Point Area.

Guided Trail Riding

Spend the day horseback riding through the backwoods of the Stevens Point Area at Wild West Campground. They have a corral with more than 20 horses and are perfect for beginner riders and experienced riders. They offer horseback riding, trail rides, and all-girl horse camps.

Trail rides are offered every day from June to August and on the weekends before and after the summer months.

Local Horse Trails

Along the Tomorrow River State Trail is a separate 12-mile trail from Plover to Waupaca County. There are horse trail signs along the way to show when horses are allowed on the limestone trail.

Riders over 16 require a trail pass.
