Sledding In The Stevens Point Area

Local Sledding Hills

Grab your sled and head out to the hill this winter checking out all the local spots. 

Iverson Park

During the winter Iverson Park has sled and saucer runs, a warming lodge, and when conditions permit, toboggan slides. They additionally have a specific sled run for children six and under. 

Stockton Park
3333 Custer Rd., Custer, WI
 

Stockton Park in Custer is another park that during the winter houses a good, family-friendly sledding hill. While it may not be big, it is mighty with winter fun. 
 

Tubing In Central Wisconsin

Venture out this winter and find a tubing hill nearby for all-day winter fun. Note that all hills have fees associated. 

Powers Bluff

Visit the worn-down peaks of an ancient mountain range at the tubing hill at Powers Bluff. They have four snow tubing hills perfect for a day full of fun. 

Sylvan Hill

Take a ride at the only tubing hill near Wausau at Sylvan Hill. The hill is home to six runs down and two-wire tows to pull you back up the hill.

Mt. Morris (Nordic Mountain)

Explore outside of Portage County this winter and visit Nordic Mountain's tubing hill this winter. With a variety of runs, the hill offers enough fun for all ages.
