Top Market Tips:

BYOB - Bring your own bag so you'll have an easier time taking home all of the goodies you love.

Grab cash beforehand - Although many vendors offer electronic payments now, some do not and it may just be what you want to buy.

Preview, then buy - Walk through the market to scope out the goods available, before settling on the vendor you’d like to buy from.

Come hungry - The Winter Farmers Market hosts 4 rotating brunch vendors- Slap Bang Bagel, Primitive Provider, Liberation Farmers, & Loney Oak Farm. So make sure to save your appetite for delicious local food!

Seek out inspiration - Take visiting the farmers' market a step further and find even more great local goods by shopping in the Stevens Point Area.

Plan your visit - Try and visit the second Saturday of the month because the market hosts additional local makers! Then you can shop for both locally crafted items and local produce!

Where to find it -From November to April, farmers are found in the Winter Farmers Market on Saturdays 8 am to Noon at the Berard Center in the Boys and Girls Club. From May until late October, you’ll find farmers on the Square (in downtown Stevens Point).
