STEVENS POINT, Wis. (May 6, 2024) – The Stevens Point Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (SPACVB) celebrates National Travel & Tourism Week this month, highlighting contributions of the travel industry and spotlighting the essential role that travel plays in driving economic growth in communities nationwide. In honor of National Travel & Tourism Week, SPACVB will host two events to showcase the industry’s significance and benefits it brings to Portage County, Wisconsin.

“We invite the public to join us in celebrating tourism in the Stevens Point Area! With two upcoming events, there are opportunities to learn about the travel and tourism industry in our region.
