The Stevens Point Area CVB is Celebrating 40 Years! 

For 40 years, the Stevens Point Area Convention & Visitors Bureau has proudly promoted the people, places, and experiences that make our community special. As we celebrate this milestone, we’re reflecting on the partnerships, local businesses, festivals and events, and visitors that have shaped our story, and looking ahead to what’s next for tourism in our region. Join us as we mark 40 years of promoting the Stevens Point Area.

40¢ Coffee

May 4 | 7 - 9 a.m.

We’re celebrating 40 years with 40¢ coffees on Monday, May 4 from 7AM to 9AM to kick off the week! ☕ Join us as we raise a cup to four decades of promoting the Stevens Point Area at participating coffee shops including Emy J's, Mission Coffee House, The Library Cafe, and Ruby Coffee Roasters!

40¢ Ice Cream

May 6 | 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

We’re keeping the celebration going with 40¢ ice cream on Wednesday, May 6 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at King Cone and Belts Soft Serve🍦 Join us for a sweet way to celebrate 40 years of promoting the Stevens Point Area.

40 Years, Well Crafted

May 7 | 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Celebrate 40 years of destination marketing with us at O’so Brewing Company on Thursday, May 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM! Enjoy an evening of craft beverages, light bites, and community. Sample curated drinks from the Central Wisconsin Craft Collective, a light dinner from Dilly Dahl Deli, and locally made dairy treats from Feltz Dairy Store.

Enjoy live music from Jordan Bain, creative activities from CREATE Portage County, and raffle prizes throughout the evening.

Join us as we toast 40 years of promoting the Stevens Point Area!

Movie in the Park

June 9 | 6:15 p.m.

Bring a blanket or a lawn chair to Pfiffner Pioneer Park on Thursday, June 9 and settle in for a free community showing of Zootopia 2 starting at 6:15 PM! Enjoy food trucks and more as we kick off summer together.
