  • The Pfiffner Building, once used in the lumber business as a planing mill, is set along the shores of the Wisconsin River at Pfiffner Pioneer Park in Stevens Point. The Pfiffner Building can accommodate up to 150 people, and offers rustic charm with newly remodeled bathrooms and a separate kitchen. The building also has two large double doors that open to an 840 square foot deck overlooking original section of the Green Circle Trail, which runs along the Wisconsin River. The park and the building are named for E. J. Pfiffner who owned the land and building for his lumber business.
