Central Waters Brewing Co.

Winter is made for sipping Central Waters barrel-aged brews, known for their sustainability (and free tours), but you can't visit this brewery without checking out what's new. At the moment, you'll find Solitary Living India Pale Ale and Brewhouse Coffee Stout on their seasonal line-up, plus an impressive list of Pilot/Experimental options.

Stevens Point Brewery

Just can't wait for the Point Bock Run? Now you don't have to, by grabbing a Point Bock Beer this season. With toasty malt sweetness, full-bodied flavor, and a rich roasted aroma, you're gonna want to grab this drink while you can! Stop in the Point Brewery for a tour and tasting or check out their Point Patio when the weather warms up.

Sunset Point Winery

For a sweeter taste, grab a glass of the Blackberry Midnight wine at Sunset Point Winery. Take a seat in the swinging chairs in the tasting room and sip on a tasty glass that is merlot infused with blackberries that produce an easy-drinking sweet red wine. Want more? Check out locally grown grapes from Rock Ridge Vineyard, in Polka Stomp.

O'so Brewing Co.

Try one of the classics from O'so Brewing - Haze Positive IPA. This beer is beautifully hazy and smooth with light bitterness and tons of hop flavor. Grab one from the taproom, which is also home to their in-house kitchen, Amore, serving up delicious food including soft pretzels, sandwiches and pizza. Pair beer and food with live music, comedy, trivia, and other fun events held regularly.

District 1 Brewing

This spot is a perfect winter hang-out, offering a beer hall feel with plenty of room and lots of games. When it comes to beer, District 1 has a deep bench of brews to try, from their popular French Toast stout to the Apple Pie sour. Head in to try Goal Caulfield! an American pale ale in collaboration with Cole Caufield, a hockey player with local roots.

Great Northern Distilling

Cozy up this winter with the upscale bar at Great Northern Distilling -located in downtown Stevens Point! Find carefully crafted cocktails perfect for a snowy day like their Currantly Jamming, a gin-based drink that contains Siren Shrubs and Tapped maple syrup as part of the ingredients.
