Held Labor Day Weekend
The Riverfront Jazz Festival is held on Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day Weekend in the Stevens Point Area. Save the date to join the fun each year at this two-day fun-filled festival, recognized as central Wisconsin's largest free Jazz Festival!
When: Saturday, September 3 and Sunday, September 4 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Where: Pfiffner Pioneer Park (along Wisconsin River off Hwy. 66 W)

7-8:30 p.m. - Samara Joy Duo
SUNDAY, SEPT. 4TH
3-4:30 p.m. - Pegasis
5-6:30 p.m. - Laura Caviani Trio
7-8:30 p.m. - Fred Hersch Trio

Enjoy Live Music & a River View
The Riverfront Jazz Festival in the Stevens Point Area welcomes more than 5,000 music-lovers to the shores of the Wisconsin River for the weekend of a spectrum of jazz music, from instrumental to vocal, single piano to big band to small group, Latin to straight-ahead to contemporary. Music sure to please all jazz lovers! in addition to promoting the involvement, advancement, and enjoyment of jazz-based music in the community!

Jazz Fest Gives Back to the Community
The festival started in 2004 and has continued to grow over the years. Originally, known as the Stevens Point Jazz Festival, it was created to raise funds for the UWSP Jazz Music Program (over $30,000 has been raised so far!), promote local talent, and bring the community together. 2022 will be the first year the festival affiliates with CREATE Portage County for planning and conducting the festival.
