Tapped Maple Syrup
The Solin family of the Stevens Point Area has passed the tradition of tapping maple syrup through five generations. Now Jeremy and Abi Solin, owners of Tapped Maple Syrup, share their pure craft maple syrup with the masses. In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie, Chef Luke Zahm gets a behind-the-scenes look at the process of making Tapped's flavor-infused maple syrups and aromatic cocktail syrups.
More About Tapped
Check out local restaurants that use Tapped Maple Syrup in their recipes. Father Fats utilizes tapped in many of their specialty cocktails, while Ruby Cafe features Tapped in their maple lattes and other various entrees.
Tapped is also looking forward to joining other local makers in the creation of Central City Market. Although their new location is not open, stop in and try Heaven's to Betsy which is! They even serve up a Tapped Sunday by swapping out traditional hot fudge for warm maple syrup. If you are interested in where to find Tapped in stores? Use the Get Tapped Locations tool.
