Facilitated by The Wisconsin Center for Environmental Education. Use systems thinking to develop knowledge, skills, and depositions students need to envision and create a more sustainable future. Instill hope and compassion through positive curricular lessons. Through this workshop, experience different teaching strategies, explore simulated lessons based on real-wold statistics and events, and learn ways to help students create positive solutions to world issues. This will be a fun day filled with hands-on, minds-on lessons intermixed with discussion time to share ideas. Lessons will be more focused on grades 6-12, but elementary educators are welcome.
