Central Rivers Farmshed will be hosting a series of five FoodWIse workshops with the goal of supporting healthy eating habits, active lifestyles, and a healthy community environment for families with limited income through nutritional education. All FoodWIse workshops are free to participants and will feature a hands-on recipe tutorial related to the topic. The workshops will guide participants to make healthy choices that are easy and affordable. 

Workshops will be held at Central Rivers Farmshed in Stevens Point (1220 Briggs Court). Advanced registration is required, please call 715-544-6154 to register.
