Self-Care Sunday Nights begin at 6 p.m. with yoga to rebuild your mobility to provide a healing release, foster proactive recovery, and cultivate a sense of calm and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat.
At 6:30 p.m. we will do guided journaling exercises and prompts to check in and build up your inner wellness routine. Please bring a journal.
Drop-ins are welcome. Drop in and pay at the class or sign-up ahead of time by paying here. The cost is $5 for each 30-minute session.
