  • Overview
  • Join Sophie Demchik, bee and plant extraordinaire, in a hands-on exploration of pollinators and their unique habitat needs. At the workshop you'll learn how to identify Wisconsin's bees, the plants and plant characteristics important to bees, and how to optimize your plantings to create a pollinators paradise.

To truly see and experience ideal pollinator habitat, Sophie will be leading the group on two, light walking tours. Travel to the field sites will be provided along with a hot lunch.

More information and registration can be found on the workshop's website: https://www.uwsp.edu/conted/Pages/Plants-for-pollinators.aspx.
