Learn basic skills, strengthen your aerial muscles, and explore movement on three aerial apparatuses: lyra (aerial hoop), sling (aerial hammock), and silks (aerial fabric). The focus of this class is on safety, proper form, and confidence building... because everything is just a little different (and in the instructors' opinions better) in the air!
