In our 17th year, we have decided it is in the best interest of the health and safety of our artists, volunteers, and attendees to push all festivities to virtual outlets in a new form of our event: "Hidden Studios Art Tour: Staying Connected". The tour will continue to be centered around personal interactions with each of the artists.
While the studio doors are closed for in-person viewing, they are open online for audience engagement during the three-day event.
Live artist demos and meet & greets will be on Facebook, Instagram, and Zoom. Pre-filmed studio tours will also be available on YouTube and Hidden Studios Art Tour’s website, along with an online marketplace.
17 artists in 7 studios will participate this year including: Curtis Archer- sculpture, Pamela Bronk- leather handbags, Neil Estrick- ceramics, Jessie Frtisch- encaustics, Sharon Fujimoto- glass, Mike Jagielo- wood, Joseph Kaftan- glass mosaics, Paul Klein- wood, Pat Kroth- fiber, James McKnight- watercolor, Carolina Niebres- ceramics, Mary Lee Reineking- mixed media, Kristin Thielking and Keven Brunett- glass, Jon Walton- photography, and Kim Wilson- jewelry.
With this unexpected hit to original plans, the tour needs our patron’s help now more than ever. We have launched the “Keep the Tour Thriving” fundraising plan to help sustain the event for this year and next. To donate and learn more information visit the website.
