Vickie Vaughn will teach participants how to create traditional Cornish Pasties, like you find in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Pasties are made with beef, pork, potatoes, onions, & rutabaga in a flaky crust. Each participant will take home pasties. Beverage and snack served at class.
