Join with others all across Central Wisconsin as we get out and walk on Saturday, June 19th. Pick a 1-mile or 3-mile route. It could be in your neighborhood, a favorite park, or a new trail you’ve never walked before. Walking is a great exercise for all ages. Remember adults should get at least 30 minutes of exercise five days per week and kids need 60 minutes every day! By joining or forming a team you can also help support the lifesaving mission of the American Heart Association!
We are proud to dedicate this year’s Heart Walk in honor and memory of Adrian Omernick. Adrian was a tireless and generous supporter of our mission. So many people participated in the Heart Walk because of Adrian. We hope that celebrating this year’s Heart Walk will bring joy and fond memories to his friends and family!
