Love live music and a picturesque setting? Don't miss central Wisconsin's largest Jazz Festival as it returns to the Stevens Point Area this Labor Day weekend! Before you head out to the Riverfront Jazz Festival, here are the five things you need to know.

“As we’ve traveled around, it seems like every show has at least a couple folks who come up and have a story or some connection to Stevens Point,” said Adam Greuel, guitarist and vocalist of the band Horseshoes & Hand Grenades (HHG). Bluegrass band Horseshoes & Hand Grenades, known for their innumerable sold-out shows, three albums, and infectious energy is proud to come from Stevens Point, or as they lovingly call it Point-town!

What is it?

Babblers Bike Fest is a new family-friendly event, to celebrate, recreate & advocate for all things bicycle. The event will be held on April 27, 2018, on the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point campus. 

What can you do? 

Come to browse the vendor fair, listen to a bike advocate present on current biking issues, try out new bikes or participate in group rides (including a stop for lunch in downtown Stevens Point). Bringing the family? Don't miss the coloring contest, bike decorating and Kid's Bike Parade. 

Three things to know:  

During July 2017, the cast and crew of Around the Corner with John McGivern quietly worked their way through the communities in the Stevens Point Area. Along the way, they talked with locals and visited as many places as their ambitious schedule allowed. What were they looking for?
