Day One

  • Head to PJ’s - SentryWorld for dinner. To start off your meal, share some love and your appetizer. Of course, there are plenty of tasty options like the flatbread or the bavarian pretzel fondue - but we like to think romantic dates in Wisconsin are best with some cheese curds.

For classic Wisconsin fare with a twist, don't miss PJ's Restaurant at SentryWorld.

  • For more fun after dinner, don't miss some great events going on in the area.

    • This weekend, hopefully, you made reservations to partake in the Couples Canvas Class: Cheers to More Years that Clay Corner Studio will be hosting at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 16. Stop by Sunset Point Winery and grab a bottle of wine to enjoy while bringing out your inner artist.

Day Two

  • Spend the day with each other touring the breweries, distillery, and wineries that make up the Central Wisconsin Craft Collective. Can't make the tour times? No sweat, grab a seat and enjoy a flight or samples at many of the locations.

  • While out exploring with your favorite person, be sure to make a stop to tour Central Waters Brewing Company, before grabbing a bite at The Landmark. Look for something to help spice up your day, with the Cuban sandwich or the pesto turkey wrap.

  • Looking for more fun? Don't miss an evening of live music with the Tomorrow River Concert Series who is hosting Michael Smith. The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 17, at the Jensen Center.

Day Three

  • Soak up the remaining part of the weekend with the most important meal of the day. Grab a special breakfast or brunch in Downtown Stevens Point. Start with homemade pancakes or be ready to point at the menu (since it is a bit of a challenge to pronounce) the Brotomushepperasheese (whew!) at the Wooden Chair. Or, grab a mug of french press coffee and some chicken and waffles for brunch at Father Fats.

    • If you prefer to find your favorite spot at the bottom of a mug, don't skip Diversi-Tea for tea enthusiasts, or Ruby Coffee Roasters for coffee fanatics.

Ruby Coffee Roasters

  • Looking for more events? Get tickets for the Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra to see Marc Geujon, solo trumpet with the Paris Orchestra, in Robert Planel’s “Concerto for Trumpet and Orchestra".

  • Want some sweet treats for your someone special, before heading out of town? Head to Earthcrust Bakery at the Stevens Point Area Co-op or the Main Grain Bakery for some delicious goods to share. Of course, you can pair your sweets with dinner. For an upscale twist, try  [a-soshel]. Save room for the tiramisu.

Find your favorite baked good at this popular local bakery in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
