Matero's Pub and Pizza 

This popular stop, Matero's, located just east of Stevens Point and not far from Jordan Park, is known for its unique pizzas. Start with the Italian Beef Pizza, or Kraut, or stick to a well-known favorite. 
 

Polito's Pizza 

Here, you'll find a traditional New York-style slice, with lots of creative toppings combinations. Polito's is known as the home of the big slice for good reason. Pick a single slice, or order a full pie to take home. Of course, if you're like us, you'll be sure to grab a side of garlic knots, too.
 

 

McZ's Brew Pub 

This stop is known for their craft beer, but McZ's pizza is just the icing on top! Here you can choose from a variety of pizzas made on homemade beer dough, with a slightly thicker crust. We highly recommend the greek and taco pizza. 
 

Ambrosia's 

Tucked in downtown Amherst, you'll find this casual spot. Ambrosia's lets you decide on thin or self-rising crust choose from a variety of specialty options or build-your-own. If you can't decide, check out their weekly pizza buffet on Wednesdays. 
 

PJ's - SentryWorld

Looking for amazing wood-oven pizza? Stop at this popular spot and try their specialty, daily, and create-your-own pizzas on their thin, bubbly crust. Whatever the occasion, PJ's should be at the top of your must-eat list. 

 

Arbuckle's Eatery & Pub

While Arbuckle's Eatery & Pub has an amazing Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, here, it's all about the Italian Fries. The buttery crust and cheese pull is an indulgent (and delicious) treat!
 

Two Lakes Supper Club

Found out in the quaint countryside of Amherst Junction, just northeast of Lake Emily is Bootleggers- they provide an extra cheesy pizza on a thin crust that serves as a perfect reminder of Wisconsin's love for cheese. They are also locally famous for their delicious gluten-free pizza.

Rookies Sports Pub

Although you can't go wrong with any of their pizzas, The Wisco-zza is a pizza true to the Midwest.
